If the cancellation is more than 28 days prior to arrival, a full refund will be given. A 50% refund will be given if cancelling 14-28 days prior to arrival. Refunds for any days that get rebooked will be provided to cancelling guests. Trip insurance is available through a third party.
50% of the total (this includes cleaning fee and damage deposit) is due at the time of booking. Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Yes. We put a hold on your credit card until the day of check-out. Assuming there are no damages, we will remove the hold the day of check-out.
Yes, there is a flat cleaning fee. We pride ourselves in keeping our cabins pristine, and you can expect top-notch cleaning standards!
